Brief and possibly incomplete summary based on pics and translations.
Sabo tries to sail away but the Tenryuubito shoots his boat. Tenryuubito's name is Saint Jambral-something. The Saint in the nobles' name are starting to seem like titles like Mr. or Miss rather than family names.
The small thief of Dadan's gang witnesses the incident. Among the debris is Sabo's hat floating ambiguously alone.
Ace returns with Dadan on his back to the thieves' hideout. Both he and Dadan were able to defeat Bluejam but were caught by the fire hence Dadan's injuries. Small flashback with Garp explains that Ace's attitude of not running away is a trait inherited from his father. Roger was a guy who would always not run away from an enemy in order to protect those he cared about.
The small thief returns to the hideout and tells what happened to Sabo. Both Ace and Luffy are devastated. Ace wants to take revenge but is tied up for his protection. Luffy cries...

- Later a letter is delivered to the thieves' hideout. It's from Sabo. It says that by the time Luffy and Ace read it, he would be far away from Goa. Sabo asks Ace to take care of Luffy, their younger brother.
