Erumalu

Erumalu (エルマル, Erumaru) was a city located in Arabasta. Once called the Green City, this town was ravaged by sandstorms that filled up the canals bringing water there. The inhabitants have long since fled and the buildings are falling apart. The sandstorms were later revealed to have been caused by Crocodile.
