This is a complete episode listing for all the animation produced for One Piece (ワンピース Wanpīsu?) based on the manga authored by Eiichiro Oda. The series currently consists of 425 episodes, two OVA's, four TV specials and nine movies.
This episode list covers the original episode list for the series. The American localized version of One Piece by 4Kids Entertainment omitted and merged episodes due to editing. FUNimation Entertainment has licensed the rest of the series beginning with the Jaya arc and uncut DVD boxsets were first released on May 27th, 2008, beginning with episode 1. Funimation maintain the titles of the episodes as close as possible to a true translation of its Japanese counterpart.Episodes 1-206 were made and broadcast in 4:3 fullscreen, while episodes 207 onward were made and broadcast in 16:9 widescreen.

As Brook watches on, he comes the conclusion that Ryuma was never taking their fights seriously. After an intense sword fight, during which the entire roof collapses to the ground below, Zoro finally defeats Ryuma using a technique which sets him ablaze. Zoro lands hard on the lip of the roof below. Ryuma manages to land on a higher ledge. Ryuma staggers slightly, then acknowledges his defeat at Zoro's hands. Sheathing Shunsui, Ryuma throws it to Zoro. Ryuma collapses in a gout of flames and Brook's shadow is finally returned to him, to his great joy. Zoro acknowledges Ryuma's skill as a swordsman and says he wishes he could have met Ryuuma before he died. He also agrees to forget the outcome of their fight. | ||

Hogback, however, argues that the zombies are truly alive, and recalls that he had fallen in love with Cindry while she was alive, only to have her reject him in favor of her fiancé. After her death, Hogback agreed to serve Moria in exchange for his reviving her. Chopper becomes furious and attempts to attack and purify Cindry, but Cindry's strength, and Zoro and Sanji's zombies prevent them from doing so. | Chopper and Robin watch as Cindry's body refuses to move, much to the dismay of Hogback. However, Cindry quickly recovers and Hogback tells Cindry to buy as much time as possible so he can escape. Robin quickly restrains Cindry though, and Chopper captures Hogback easily. Robin starts to lift Chopper and Hogback up, Chopper preparing to throw Hogback down to the ground from a dangerous height. Elsewhere, Luffy is confronted by Oars who is given the order to capture and destroy every Straw Hat Pirate. Moria takes advantage of Luffy's bewilderment at Oars and quickly escapes, though Luffy immediately starts chasing after him while Oars begins hunting down the other Straw Hats. Oars' moving around the island causes many disturbances and he interrupts just as Chopper is about to throw Hogback to the ground. Hogback is trampled by Oars while Cindry again is unable to move. As Oars continues to move he also disrupts the battle between Sanji and Absalom. While Sanji is distracted by Oars, Absalom steals Nami back and plans to properly wed her this time without any disturbances. Zoro, Franky and Brook see Oars' huge figure coming towards them and they quickly realize that it is Luffy's zombie. Sanji also arrives to help fight Oars along with Usopp, Chopper and Robin who realize that the gigantic Oars has received orders to destroy them. At the end, Oars cries for the Straw Hats to come out and do battle with him. | ||

Franky and Chopper climb up to Oars' face and attack with their combined powers, causing Oars to fall off balance. After being told about Zoro risking his life and taking in all of Luffy’s pain from their voyage so far, he makes them swear not to tell anyone, especially Luffy since he would get sad at the thought that all the pain he took for his nakama was in one of them. Everyone starts partying and Luffy tries to feed Zoro, still knocked out from taking all of his pain, some rum but Chopper won’t let him. Brook plays the piano and everyone starts partying. Luffy asks once again if Brook wants to join the crew seeing he got his shadow back. Brook declines again, saying that he made a promise to Laboon the whale. Luffy then tells Brook he doesn’t need to worry and that Laboon’s fine. Brook starts crying with happiness and has a flashback to when he first met Laboon. | ||

Duval then tries to sink the Thousand Sunny by having his men drop a giant anchor on it, but Franky reveals the Chicken Voyage reverse function to dodge it, and then the Gaon Cannon to wipe out most of the Riders. Enraged, Duval orders his pet bison Motobaro to gore Luffy, but Luffy stops the beast by unknowingly using haki, the beast goes wild and then faints, much to everyone's surprise. The Sunny sets sail for the Sabaody Archipelago, the stepping stone to Fishman Island. Hatchan explains that one needs to have their ship coated with a bubble resin in order to travel underwater, and once they reach Sabaody, he promises to find them a ship coater that he trusts. Rayleigh then tells them that the ship coating process will take three days to complete, so the crew decides to split up and lay low until the Celestial Dragon incident blows over, each getting a Biblicard from Rayleigh.
