"The Miracle in God's Country! A Love Song Heard by Angels" is the 192nd episode of the One Piece anime.
The episode starts with the villagers leaving in ships shocked at the destruction of the upper yard. Usopp yells "Luffy, Nami" while Nami continues to drive up the falling beanstalk. It cuts to the group with everyone concerned for Wiper and Zoro, then Wiper exclaims "it won't work, this city will never fall to you, this land was home to a proud race of warriors".
Enel then laughs at the "little fools winning" and sends a lighting bolt in their location which also causes Nami to swerve on the beanstalk. Conis and the villagers look on in terror, but realize after the smoke clears that upper yard is still standing. Gan fall realizes that Vearth is just that powerful and questions why they were so blind for 400 years. Usopp tries to get everyone out of the way as the beanstalk appears to fall on them and with conviction Wiper yells, "go straw hat". Luffy gets closer and yells "here i come, give back the golden bell now". Enel is unimpressed and uses "raigo", Luffy gets closer, and the waver cuts off, but Luffy continues to jump towards Enel. Nami yells at Luffy saying the air currents could hurt even you and Enel asks what can you even do man of rubber. The beanstalk finally falls all the way to the ground and Luffy uses the ball of gold with his Gomu Gomu Hanabi and shouts "Golden Peony" saying he [Enel] ruined the weather once they got there.
Enel realizes the gold ball on Luffy's arm is a natural conductor and tries to drop the thunder ball before Luffy can discharge it. The white berets ask their leader to stop as it is pointless, but he says they can't go back or forward and starts to pray. Then a flashback of Gan Fall watering the watermelons, with Conis saying its all her fault and questioning if god exists because if he did he'd save them, yelling to the sky. The rest of the villagers are also in a praying stance, with Luffy in the sky continuing his fireworks displays causing "cracks" to appear on the thundercloud shouting "Clear the sky". Nami and Enel are shocked as Luffy has succeeded in clearing the sky causing the sun the shine through with the villagers looking on in shock. Nami is staring in disbelief, then Luffy yells as he falls, and Usopp says "Yeah it's Luffy yayaya," and Wiper says "Ring it straw hat".
Luffy's arm is twisted as Enel uses a 200 million volt amaru turning into a giant electric monster saying he is god then sending out a blast saying Luffy's still just a paramecia type and he can't stop a logia. Luffy walks on the giant's arm and kicks him in the face saying "quit calling yourself a god". Luffy dodges a trident, but it burns him instead and the golden ball pulls him closer, then a flashback of Conis saying she's sorry and a flashback of Aisa the kid asking the island will really be destroyed. Luffy gets himself free and uses the golden ball and the twisted arm from earlier saying golden rifle. It is apparently too fast and hits Enel sending him into the golden bell.
Then several flashbacks throughout their journey so far are played playing up the golden city and everyone it's touched. It zooms out with the scene of Luffy striking Enel into the golden bell.
