The Gorousei arrange a meeting of the seven Shichibukai to find a replacement for Crocodile, and give a 100,000,000 Beli bounty to the man who defeated him, Monkey D. Luffy.
Meanwhile,in Mock Town, the Blackbeard Pirates ,together with their captain, Marshall D. Teach take up the plan to battle Luffy to make a name for their captain,who is opting for the empty spot in the Shichibukai.
