Cynthia is an american voice actor working for FUNimation Entertainment. She is notable for voicing Chi-Chi in the Dragon Ball series as well as Mrs Brief, Broly (As a baby) and Mai in Dragon Ball: Mystical adventure (Although Mai is usually voiced by Colleen Clinkenbeard.)

In the english dub of One Piece, she voices Bellemere, Onion, Ririka, Young Zoro and Miss Father's day.
