Colleen Smith Clinkenbeard (Born April 13, 1980, in Colleyville, Texas) is an American voice actress and theatre actress. In addition to voice acting roles for FUNimation, she has also served as ADR director and script writer for several anime titles. She is known for playing characters with a valley girl accent. She is well known to be voice of Mai in Dragon Ball and Princess Snake and Zangya in the Funimation dub of Dragon Ball Z. Other past roles include Full Metal Alchemist (Rose, Lt. Hawkeye) and Kiddy Grade (Eclair).

She is now the current voice of Monkey D. Luffy in the One Piece FUNimation dub.
