The Collection Party was a tax collecting paramilitary force from the Ruluka Government, shown in the anime-only Ruluka Island Arc. The group was led by Flip.[1]
Organization
The Collection Party are a group of soldiers, similar to the city's other armed forces, clad in the same purple uniforms and silver-blue helmets. Their task is to collect exorbitant taxes for almost anything of the citizens of Ruluka, such as taxes for eating and drinking food that was already paid for, so that the mayor Wetton can satisfy his greed and complete the construction of the Rainbow Tower.[1]
When Wetton was arrested for his past crimes of piracy, the Party was disbanded along with the Government that formed it.[2]
