Cocoyashi Village

Cocoyashi Village (ココヤシ村, Kokoyashi-mura), called "Coco Village" in the 4Kids dub and Viz manga, is the village where Nami, as well as her sister, Nojiko, grew up with Bellemere. The village is also the closest place to Arlong Park, and this is where the majority of important characters from the arc live, including Nami. When the Straw Hat Pirates arrived, it was dangerously close to being destroyed like Gosa Village. When Arlong was defeated, this village was the location of the following celebration.

The inhabitants: Nami, Nojiko, Bellemere, Genzo, Dr. Nako, Chabo and Mamy Mee and Daddy Dee

Cocoyashi is Japanese for coconut, hence the reason why it's called "Coco Village" in the 4Kids dub and Viz manga.
