With Sanji, who finally joined them, and Yosaku, Luffy is looking after is companions so that they can enter Grand Line, which looks full of promise of adventures. But Yosaku warns them about the dangers of this sea and, in particular, the presence of the Shichibukai whom which belong Mihawk and a Fishmen pirate Jinbei. The last one has let one of his strongest lieutenant Arlong in East Blue, and it is probably there that they will retrieve Nami.

Indeed, in Arlong Park, base of Arlong Fishmen pirates, after he deals with a Marine Nezumi, Nami is introduced as one of the pirate officer and the only human Arlong can trust.
