Instead of a mini story, this chapter title page features artwork of Chopper interacting with Arctic animals.
[edit] Summary
Oars appears to be done for but just as the rejoicing begins, he gets up again! The Rolling Pirates discover that the Straw Hats plan on fighting Oars again and quickly get out of their way. Robin uses a "Pierna Fleur" to make multiple feet grow out of the outer wall of the tower, allowing Brook to carry Luffy to the top of the ship. Nami then uses a "Rain Tempo", completely soaking Oars. Franky and Usopp then use the Super-Large Freezer Ultra-Cold Blast(see below), to freeze Oars's legs. Sanji and Chopper then ensnare Oars in the chain of the rudder. Meanwhile, Luffy and Brook have arrived at the mast preparing for their final attack. Chopper tells Zoro to tuck in Oars's stomach so his spine takes full damage. To do this Zoro uses a "Sanzensekai". Oars cannot use his right arm due to him not feeling pain and thus cannot retaliate. Finally, Brook launches Luffy at Oars and Luffy unleashes a "Giant Bazooka".

- Pierna Fleur - Robin makes multiple feet grow out the outer wall of the tower every few meters, helping Brook carry Luffy and climbed it quickly, since he can jump from foot to foot easily.
- Rain Tempo - Nami creates a raincloud.
- Super-Large Freezer Ultra-Cold Blast - Franky and Usopp plumbed the big freezer where Oars was kept to vent the freezing air out. Franky then uses Coup de Vent to open up the wall of the tower and Usopp turns the handle to blast the cold air at Oars. This freezes the rain that Nami made, and freezes Oars to a spot.
- Sanzensekai - Chopper tells Zoro to attack Oars's stomach. So he starts by spinning his swords with Ougi, then attacks Oars, making him bend over. (This straightens out the lower part of Oars's spine.)
- Gigant Bazooka - First, Oars is pulled back by the great chain that Sanji has kicked around him, so his spine has become completely vertical, therefore not being able to shift away the force of a blow from above. Oars can't counterattack because his right arm is damaged from Chopper's and Zoro's attacks previous chapter. So Luffy, being thrown from Brook from the top of the tower, can attack Oars with a Hone Fuusen Gigant Bazooka.
