Carol Masterson
From One Piece Encyclopedia
Carol Masterson is Daddy the Father's daughter, whom Usopp meets at a shop, in the Loguetown arc. Usopp is in a shop wanting to buy a "cool" pair of goggles for his adventures at sea, and, while he is trying to find his money, Carol comes in and buys the goggles for her father. She later gives them to Usopp after they come to know each other.

[edit] Early One Piece
Carol, along with her father, are absent from the One Piece manga storyline. However they were part of the Logue Town arc but were dropped so Oda could start off the adventure on Chapter 100. However they both feature in the Logue Town filler episodes and the Logue Town Novel. There is differences between these versions and both Daddy and Carol have very different appearances.
