[edit] Appearance

Buchi's appearance is of an overweight man in an outfit based loosely on a black and white cat.

[edit] Personality

Like Sham, Buchi has a sneaky and devious mind. He proves that by pretending to be scared of Zoro in order to have his guard down. He's also very vicious.

[edit] Abilities and Powers

The two try to act cowardly when first approaching an opponent, but show their true colors once their opponent's guard is down. They fight against Zoro during Kuro's attempt to raid Syrup Village (Usopp's hometown), but are ultimately defeated. Jango hypnotizes Buchi into becoming extremely powerful, being able to crush rock with one jump. Despite this increase in strength, he is defeated once again by Zoro. It is most likely that Zoro killed Sham because when Buchi got up and Sham didn't, the following quotes were said: Kuro: "He is still alive, I'm not impressed." Zoro: "Huh? Lucky."

[edit] Attack List

  • Kyatto Za Funjyatta (キャット・ザ・フンジャッタ) The Cat Stomp: Buchi takes a flying leap into the air and stomps on his opponent. In the Viz Manga and 4Kids and FUNimation dubs, this is called Cat-a-Pult Cat-astrophe.
  • Neko-yanagi Daikōshin (ネコ柳 大行進) Grand March of the Pussywillows: Sham and Buchi team up and rapidly slash the opponent.
