Bruce

Bruce is a filler character giant that appeared only in one of the One Piece games, He ate the Mini Mini no Mi , a Devil Fruit, that gives him the power to shrink himself.
He was in the Pirate crew of Dorry and Brogy, but their ship sunk 100 years ago in a heavy storm.
He believed however that Brogy and Dorry had drowned, while they thought the same for him. Bruce survived however and was washed ashore on the "Vacation Island for pirates" .
He felt insulted by his nakama and wanted to be a pirate again, until his friends would live again. When he heard of the legend of the blue and that one can fulfill oneself thereby, he had an idea: He would open a hotel and would send pirates, on a treasure search.
But he didn't make any for 100 years, until Luffy and his crews showed up. Bruce then took Vivi prisoner and provoked them. He fought Luffy after Vivi escaped. Bruce lost, but fulfilled his desire nonetheless.
The blue shattered finally. When Luffy told him that Brogy and Dorry are still alive, he was glad and realized he still has nakama, apologizing to Luffy afterwards.
He told Luffy he will also become a pirate again someday. He wants to look for a crew as great as Luffy's.
