Brina Palencia

Brina M. Palencia (Born February 13, 1984 in Oklahoma) is a Texas-based voice actress who primarily works on the properties of Funimation. Brina is a graduate of the University of North Texas. Her most well known voice role is that of Eve, a character from Black Cat. In addition to this, she has had roles on Fullmetal Alchemist, Negima!, Trinity Blood and BECK: Mongolian Chop Squad as well as doing the voices of Chiaotzu and Puar in Dragon Ball. She has recently been casted as Tony Tony Chopper in the FUNimation dub of One Piece. She is also the singer of the English versions of Memories and Bon Voyage.
