Lieutenant Commander Brandnew (ブランニュー少佐, Brannyū Shōsa) is a Marine who appears at a base while Luffy and crew are en route to Loguetown. He is the officer who announces Luffy's first bounty of 30 million Belly. [1]
According to the Grand Line Times, it is his job to assign bounties to criminals.
He is voiced by Shinichi Yamada [1] .
