Bear King is the main villain of the second movie, and the leader of the Trump Siblings Pirate Crew that rule over Clockwork Island.

Bear King is a large man with black hair and whiskers, who is dressed in clothes that match his card animal theme, including a large teddy bear head for a hat.

Bear King has the Kachi Kachi no Mi, which allows his body to become hard as a rock. He can also heat his fist up at will. Other then that, he uses a handgun as a weapon as well.

He and his siblings ruled over the island for seven years, during which time they forced the scientists there to build the mighty King Cannon for them, with which Bear King could use to become the Pirate King. When his siblings brought Nami to his castle as a hostage he tried to her to marry him when. When she refused he had several of the Straw Hat crew "crucified" on the roof of his castle's tower out of anger.

When Luffy confronts him, his Devil Fruit power enables him to block all of his hits, but he is defeated when he tries to fire his King Cannon at Luffy, who managed to slingshot the bullet back at him. Bear King caught it but the vibrations from the bullet's spin proved to be too much for the glass floor he was standing on and he falls threw, with the bullet exploding in his face.
