Apis
From One Piece Encyclopedia
Apis (アピス, Apisu) is a clumsy young girl who lives on Warship Island. She ate the Hiso Hiso no Mi (ヒソヒソの実). She tried to guard the thousand year dragon Ryuji but she was captured by Commodore Nelson. The Straw Hat Pirates helped her out and she was able to fulfill her duty. When offered to join the crew she declines and says that she wants to stay and protect the island, her last appearance is her running away in terror with her grandfather trying to teach her the history of her ancestors. She has a grandfather named Pocudan.
