Akumai (アクマイ) is a Billions Agent who follows Bon Kurei everywhere. He likes ballet dancing like Bon Kurei. He was captured by Hina, when Bon Kurei and his crew sacrificed themselves to save Luffy and co, his current fate is unknown.

His hairstyle resemble that of bat wings. He wears a striped shirt and has a sash tied around his waist like a belt.
[edit] Abilities and Powers
Not much of Akumai's skills or power is ever shown, his only fights where unseen for the most part. He was amongst some other of his crew who were learning Okama Kenpo by Bon Kurei while dancing to Spider's Cafe, it is unknown how well he can perform it or use it in combat.
