Marines from the 80th Branch.
The 80th Branch Base is a Marine Base and the seat of the 80th Marine Branch in West Blue.
It was this base which was called for help 2 weeks after the battle of Marineford by an unknown island of the West Blue. The 80th Branch sent marines there to protect it from pirates who had decided to head for the Grand Line after they had learned about the death of the Yonkou Whitebeard.
